Third Answer
You (3rd seat, both vulnerable) are declaring four hearts. The opponents passed throughout.

Four of spades (Ace), club to the Ace, club ruffed low, diamond to the Queen, club ruffed low. You continue with the Queen of trumps on which East shows out. Now what? It seems clear to cash the Ace and King of diamonds and then figure out what to do next. Both opponents follow to the Ace, and East shows out on the King. Now it’s easy, West has to follow to the fourth round of diamonds so you ruff low and claim twelve tricks.
