Second Answer
You are 3rd seat, both vulnerable.

What sort of hand do you expect partner to have, for this two heart call? In standard bridge, partner denies 3+ spades, promises 5+ hearts, and promises modest values in high cards. With partner being a passed hand, two hearts definitely is not forcing. If you don’t know whether two hearts would be forcing, by an un-passed partner, we recommend that you discuss this question with partner. A typical minimum hand might include five hearts to the King-Queen and another King or Ace outside, but – depending on whether your partnership opens with at least some 11 HCP hands — partner could have as much as 10-11 HCP here.
What’s your call? Opposite the sorts of hands that partner is likely to hold, we would want to be in four spades, so that’s what we would bid right now..
