We can establish at least another three tricks in clubs, so playing on clubs looks best. However, there are entry problems, because the opponents probably will allow the Queen of clubs to win the first trick in that suit. So: win the spade in dummy, lead the Queen of clubs (the opponents probably duck), now a spade to your Queen and force out the Ace of clubs. Your King of hearts is an entry to the established clubs..
